Eat. Train. Perform. Challenge : Fall 2020

 

EAT

As with all out fitness challenges, we provide a detailed meal plan with recipes that will not only have you eating healthier, well-balanced meals, it also helps you learn what a healthy plate should look like. We don’t teach gimmicky diets, we encourage the eating of whole foods and fueling your workout with a balance of all macros to ensure you’re replenished and ready for the next workout. This time round we will be implementing a “1-Day Juice Cleanse” as part of our Nutrition Program to reset the metabolism, rid the body of excess water weight, and cleanse the gut. The juice cleanses are not a requirement for participation but highly recommended.


TRAIN

We only require one thing to be part of our Eat.Train.Perform. Challenge, and that is a membership with our community. We offer a variety of training packages that allow all types of fitness enthusiasts to participate. We have one-on-one Personal Training sessions for those looking for specificity and structured fitness programming. Our Small-Group Training is the best option for those who like diversity in their program. Group training members also tend to be driven by competition, camaraderie, and enjoy the social aspect of our fitness community. We also offer Virtual Training for those who love training with us but don’t live in San Diego. Most of our group training sessions are also streamed online for all members to join in the case you can’t make it to the studio or if the class fills up, you can still join the workout!


PERFORM

In competition, your hard work is proven by your performance on the field, court, or, track. In the E.T.P. Challenge we will grade your performance in a number of ways and reward with prizes in multiple categories. We have a prize for Body Composition Change, Most Inches Lost, and for the first time a daily challenge contest. Each day for 6 weeks we will post a challenge to our instagram story. If you choose to complete the challenge, all you have to do is create a post showing proof you performed it and tag @GlideTrainingCo to get credit. Those who perform either all or the most challenges will receive a prize for their accomplishment.

Prizes for all competitions range from $250 credit to Glide Training Co. to Gift Cards from local eateries and apparel brands.
