Stretch
Stretching is the number one prescription given by our coaches/trainers when it comes to injury prevention and joint pain relief. Most people don't stretch enough because it can be viewed as difficult, painful, or boring. Instead, have one of us do all the work for you. Stretch sessions will aim to prevent injury, improve overall flexibility, and alleviate joint and muscle pain. Our trainers use a mix of stretching and manual manipulation to lengthen your muscles, get rid of knots, and loosen up pain-inducing tightness.
